摘要
通过气袋法采样,建立了儿童雨衣中11种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的检测方法。样品裁剪后置于采样袋中,充入N_(2)后放置于30℃恒温箱内,热解吸管收集2 L气体后用气相色谱-质谱仪进行定量。在5~100 mg/L范围内,11种VOCs线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)≥0.9992,检出限为0.3~0.6μg/m^(3),加标回收率90.5%~109.5%,相对标准偏差在4.2%~8.4%。该方法所需设备简单,操作方便,满足儿童雨衣产品中VOCs的检测要求。
An analytical method for the determination of 11 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in children′s raincoats is established by air bag sampling.The samples are placed in a sampling bag,filled with N_(2) and placed in a thermostatic chamber at 30℃,and 2 L of gas is collected by a pyrolysis pipette and is quantified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The 11 VOCs have good linear relationship in the range of 5-100 mg/L,the correlation coefficients are all above 0.9992,the detection limits are 0.3-0.6μg/m^(3),the standard recoveries are 90.5%-109.5%,and the relative standard deviations are 4.2%-8.4%.This method features simple equipment,easy operation,and can meet the detection requirements of VOCs in children′s raincoats.
