摘要
文章针对绿色施工理念下的建筑工程管理创新模式展开详细探讨。首先,从绿色施工的特点入手,这一理念在管理中的重要性。随后,针对现行管理模式中的不足,提出相应的改进措施。从加强管理中的绿色方案设定和提升监管力度,到强化现场节能与污染控制,乃至重视材料选择与引进优秀人才,各方面的优化可有效提升建筑工程管理创新水平,充分展示出绿色施工理念的优势。
The paper explores in detail the construction project management innovative mode under the concept of green construction.Firstly,starting from the characteristics of green construction,the importance of this concept in management is explored.Subsequently,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to address the deficiencies in the current management model.From strengthening the setting of green plans in management and enhancing regulatory efforts,to strengthening on-site energy conservation and pollution control,and even emphasizing material selection and the introduction of excellent talents,the optimization in all aspects can effectively enhance the construction project management innovation level and fully demonstrate the advantages of green construction concepts.
