电镀项目废水处理措施及环境影响评价要点探究

摘要 电镀技术是金属表面处理技术的主要内容之一,是制造行业不可缺少的工艺。然而,与此同时,电镀行业也是一个耗能、耗水及金属消耗较多的重污染行业,其废水中融入了多种金属离子及其他杂质,使废水具有较高的污染性,对环境产生了严重影响。本研究对废水的产生及特点进行分析,探究合理的电镀项目废水处理措施,并分析电镀项目在环境影响评价中应关注的重点,为项目建设和审批提供技术支撑。 Electroplating technology is one of the main contents of metal surface treatment technology and an indispensable process in the manufacturing industry.However,at the same time,the electroplating industry is also a heavily polluting industry that consumes energy,water,and metal.The wastewater contains various metal ions and other impurities,making it highly polluting and having significant adverse effects on the environment.This analysis focuses on the generation and characteristics of wastewater,explores reasonable measures for wastewater treatment in electroplating projects,and analyzes the key points that should be paid attention to in environmental impact assessment of electroplating projects,providing technical support for project construction and approval.
