摘要
沙参麦冬汤为甘寒法治疗温燥证的经典名方,由沙参、麦冬、玉竹、天花粉、白扁豆、冬桑叶、生甘草7味药物组成,收录于《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》。该文基于古籍及现代文献研究,对沙参麦冬汤的历史沿革、有效成分组、药理作用和临床应用4个方面进行综合梳理。经历代文献考证,沙参麦冬汤首载于清代名医吴鞠通的《温病条辨》,功效甘寒生津、清养肺胃,用于温热病气分后期,肺胃气阴两伤引起的发热证,其方剂理论源流可追溯至仲景麦门冬汤证,后世也多沿用此方义治疗燥伤肺胃阴分诸证。归纳有效成分组研究得到沙参麦冬汤化学成分常见色谱峰为芦丁、甘草苷、甘草酸铵,且各产地药材质量相对稳定。并总结现代研究进展发现沙参麦冬汤具有抗炎、调节免疫、保护胃黏膜、抗肿瘤等药理作用,已广泛用于治疗肺癌、慢性支气管炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、干燥综合征等疾病。该文通过对古今文献的梳理,从历史和发展角度认识经典名方,以期为沙参麦冬汤进一步的临床应用及制剂开发提供支撑。
Shashen Maidong Decoction(沙参麦冬汤),a classic formula of the sweet-cold therapy for treating the warm-dryness syndrome,is composed of seven herbs including Shashen(Glehniae Radix),Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix),Yuzhu(Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma),Tianhuafen(Trichosanthis Radix),Baibiandou(Lablab Semen Album),Sangye(Mori Folium)and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),and is included in the DirectoryofAncientClassicFormulas(First Batch).This study,based on the analysis of ancient texts and modern literature,comprehensively reviews the historical evolution,effective component groups,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications of Shashen Maidong Decoction.Through the textual research of successive generations of literature,Shashen Maidong Decoction was first recorded in the WenbingTiaobian by the renowned Qing Dynasty physician WU Jutong,with the efficacy of nourishing the body with sweet and cold properties,and benefiting the lung and stomach.It is used for fever symptoms caused by the injury of both Qi and Yin in the lung and stomach in the late stage of warm-heat diseases.The theoretical origin of its prescription can be traced back to Zhongjing's Maimendong Decoction(沙参麦冬汤)syndrome,and this formula has been widely used to treat various symptoms of dryness affecting the lung and stomach Yin in later generations.The study summarizes the research on effective component groups,finding that the common chromatographic peaks of Shashen Maidong Decoction are rutin,liquiritin,and ammonium glycyrrhizinate,and the quality of the herbs from different origins is relatively stable.Furthermore,the modern research progress reveals that Shashen Maidong Decoction possesses pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,protection of the gastric mucosa,and anti-tumor properties,and has been extensively applied in the treatment of diseases such as lung cancer,chronic bronchitis,chronic atrophic gastritis,and Sjögren's syndrome.By reviewing ancient and modern literature,this paper recognizes the classic formula from a historical and developmental perspective,aiming to provide support for the further clinical application and preparation development of Shashen Maidong Decoction.
