摘要
人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术正在深刻影响着职业教育的发展,其通过智能化教学平台、个性化学习路径和数据驱动评价体系等方式,推动职业教育在教学模式、培养目标和评价方式上实现全面变革。人工智能技术不仅促进了教学模式从以教师为中心到以学生为主体的转型,还推动了综合素质培养与产业需求的精准对接,实现了技能训练与创新能力培养的平衡。在实际应用中,职业院校仍需通过政策引导、技术优化和教育理念革新,助力培养适应智能化时代的高素质技能型人才。
Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is profoundly affecting the development of vocational education,which promotes comprehensive changes in vocational education in terms of teaching mode,training objectives and evaluation methods through intelligent teaching platforms,personalized learning paths and data-driven evaluation systems.Artificial intelligence technology not only promotes the transformation of teaching mode from teacher centered to student-centered,but also promotes the precise integration of comprehensive quality cultivation with industry demand,achieving a balance between skill training and innovation ability cultivation.In practical applications,vocational colleges and universities still need to help cultivate high-quality skilled talents adapted to the era of intelligence through policy guidance,technological optimisation and educational concept innovation.
