摘要
党的二十大报告提出,推进新型工业化,并且明确了“到2035年基本实现新型工业化”的目标。习近平总书记就推进新型工业化作出重要指示指出,新时代新征程,以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业,实现新型工业化是关键任务。加快推动传统产业转型升级是实现现代化绿色低碳产业体系的重要途径。本研究在分析贵州省工业领域传统产业的优势和不足的基础上,针对贵州省构建绿色低碳产业体系的内容进行了全方位总结,最终为加快构建贵州省的现代绿色低碳工业体系、推行绿色化转型的原则及实施路径给出了具体的建议,旨在为加速推进贵州省传统产业转型升级、实现现代化绿色低碳产业体系提供实践指导。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote new-type industrialization and clarified the goal of“basically achieving new-type industrialization by 2035”.General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued important instructions on promoting new-type industrialization,pointing out that in the new era and new journey,comprehensively promoting the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation through Chinese style modernization,and realizing new-type industrialization is a key task.Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries is an important way to achieve a modern,green,and low-carbon industrial system.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional industries in the industrial field of Guizhou Province,this article comprehensively summarizes the content of building a green and low-carbon industrial system in Guizhou Province.Finally,specific suggestions are given to accelerate the construction of a modern green and low-carbon industrial system in Guizhou Province,promote the principles and implementation path of green transformation,and research has practical guidance significance for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in Guizhou Province and realizing a modern green and low-carbon industrial system.
