摘要
针对异构无人机群频谱资源利用率低的问题,提出一种基于混合策略改进鲸鱼优化算法的异构无人机群频谱分配方法。首先,构建基于无人机类型和优先级的频谱分配模型,设计不同无人机执行不同任务时的效益计算函数。其次,为解决鲸鱼优化算法容易陷入局部最优和早熟收敛等问题,采用Tent混沌映射、非线性收敛因子、莱维飞行策略和差分进化机制。最后,将改进的鲸鱼优化算法与所提频谱分配模型结合,以最大化网络总效益和认知用户接入公平性为目标进行仿真实验。结果表明,与多个基准算法相比,所提算法在网络总效益和认知用户接入公平性等方面表现更佳。
To address the issue of low spectrum utilization in heterogeneous UAV swarms,a spectrum allocation method based on the improved whale optimization algorithm(WOA)with hybrid strategies is proposed.First,the spectrum allocation model based on UAV types and priorities is constructed,and the reward calculations for different UAVs performing different tasks are designed.Second,to address the issue of WOA falling into local optimum and premature convergence,Tent chaotic mapping,nonlinear convergence factor,Levy flight strategy and differential evolution mechanism are seamlessly integrated.Furthermore,the improved WOA is combined with the proposed spectrum allocation model.Simulation experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm in terms of total network reward and cognitive user access fairness.The results show that,compared with several baseline algorithms,the proposed algorithm performs better in terms of total network reward and cognitive user access fairness.
