基于功能分类和动态活力的街道优化策略研究

摘要 在城市提质建设中,街道的功能性和社会性是其品质优化的关键考量。以福州市鼓楼区为例,综合使用路网、用地功能和街景等数据对街道进行功能分类,并通过百度热力图实现了动态活力模式的划分,基于所得数据,明晰了各类街道的动态活力状态差异。研究发现:鼓楼区以单一型街道为主,其中生活性街道数量最多;鼓楼区街道整体动态活力水平较高,但空间上呈现“东南高,西北低”的分异格局;交通和商业属性是影响居民出行与停留的主要功能因素,生活性街道作为基础型街道很大程度上影响着整体的动态活力水平。同时基于研究结果针对不同类型街道动态活力提升提出了优化策略。 In urban improvement and construction,the functionality and social role of streets are key considerations for optimizing quality.Taking Gulou District in Fuzhou as an example,streets were functionally classified by integrating data on the road network,land use,and streetscape,and dynamic vitality patterns were identified through Baidu heat maps.Based on the data obtained,differences in the dynamic vitality states of various types of streets were clarified.The results showed that Gulou District is dominated by unitary streets,in which the number of living streets is the largest.The overall dynamic vitality level of the streets in Gulou District is high,but the spatial pattern is"high in southeast and low in northwest".Traffic and commercial properties are the main functional factors that affect residents′travel and stay.As a basic street,living streets greatly affect the overall dynamic vitality level.At the same time,based on the research results,the optimization strategies were proposed to improve the dynamic vitality of different types of streets.
