摘要
为提高电厂调峰及低负荷运行的稳定性,基于某电厂锅炉汽轮机设备以及运行数据,使用Ebsilon16.4软件开展了抽汽加热风粉混合物的变负荷模拟研究。采用四级抽汽加热一次风煤粉混合物,进行不同风粉温度、不同负荷的模拟研究。结果表明:换热器出口风粉温度越高,抽汽量越高,机组发电量越低,但机组的标准煤耗率也在降低,这是因为抽汽加热风粉对整个电厂系统起到了与回热加热器相同的作用,减少了凝汽器的冷端损失;考虑到换热器的成本、安装及燃烧器的安全,将风粉加热至105℃为宜;在使用抽汽将煤粉加热至105℃的基础之上,对机组热耗率验收工况(turbine heat acceptance,THA),进行100%、75%、50%及40%工况的变负荷模拟,得出各个负荷所需抽汽量分别为2.11、1.61、1.13、0.87 kg/s;单位发电量下,风粉中一次风的质量所占比例越高所需抽汽量也就越高。随着机组负荷的降低,抽汽加热风粉降低机组标准煤耗率的效果略微升高,这是由于四级抽汽的品质随着机组负荷的降低而降低,使得低负荷下抽汽对机组影响相比于高负荷下更小,且低负荷下机组偏离设计参数造成标准煤耗率增大,导致相同发电量下,燃煤量提升,提高了加热所需热量,减少了凝汽器的冷端损失。
In order to improve the stability of peaking and low-load operation of a power plant,a variable load simulation study of air-powder mixture heated by extraction steam was carried out using Ebsilon16.4 software based on the boiler and turbine equipment and operation data of a power plant.In this paper,four stage extraction steam was used to heat the primary air powder mixture.The simulation technology of different load and temperature of air powder was studied.The simulation results show that the higher the outlet air powder temperature of the heat exchanger,the higher the extraction steam volume,the lower the generating capacity of the unit.But the standard coal consumption rate of the unit is also reduced,because the extraction steam heating air powder plays the same role as the regenerative heater in the whole power plant system,reducing the loss of the cold end of the condenser.Considering the cost and installation of the heat exchanger and the safety of the burner,it is appropriate to heat the air powder to 105℃.On the basis of heating pulverized coal to 105℃with extraction steam,the variable load simulation of 100%THA,75%THA,50%THA and 40%THA are carried out on the unit,and the required extraction steam of each load are 2.11,1.61,1.13 and 0.87kg/s,respectively.Under the unit power generation,the higher the proportion of the mass of the air in the air powder,the higher the required extraction steam.With the decrease of the unit load,the effect of extracting steam heating air powder on reducing the coal consumption rate of the unit is slightly increased,which is because the quality of four-stage extraction steam decreases with the decrease of the unit load,so that the influence of extracting steam on the unit under low load is less than that under high load.
