摘要
针对寒区公路路面基层的施工质量控制难度大的问题,研究结合松通高速公路沥青稳定碎石(ATB-25)柔性基层试验段,重点分析了ATB-25柔性基层的材料要求、配合比设计、施工工艺与质量控制。ATB-25柔性基层具有较好的抗水害性和高温性能,可广泛应用,以提高高速公路的建设质量。
Aiming at the problem of difficult construction quality control of pavement grass-roots level of highway in cold area,this paper combines the test section of asphalt stabilized gravel(ATB-25)flexible grass-roots level of Songtong Expressway,focusing on the analysis of the material requirements,proportion design,construction technology and quality control of ATB-25 flexible grass-roots level.ATB-25 flexible grass-roots level has good resistance to water damage and high temperature performance,can be widely used to improve the quality of highway construction.
