摘要
作为一种集体匿名现象,“momo”群体在网络社交平台的兴起凸显出青年人寻求隐私保护、免受网络暴力侵害、规避现实社交的隐匿需求,这一群体表现出纷繁复杂的自我呈现特征。免受网络暴力侵害是集体匿名现象出现的重要原因之一,但文章通过研究发现,集体匿名机制难以有效规避网络暴力。为针对性净化网络环境、维护网络空间秩序,文章从权力赋能、利益共享、协同治理、微观管理、教育引导等角度提出集体匿名趋势下有效治理网络暴力的具体举措。
The rise of“momo”groups on online social platforms,as a collective anonymous phenomenon,reflects the hidden needs of young people seeking privacy protection,preventing online violence,and avoiding real social interactions.These groups exhibit complex self-presentation characteristics.While avoiding online violence is one of the primary motivations behind the emergence of collective anonymity,this paper finds that the collective anonymity mechanism is not always effective in preventing such violence.To address this issue and improve the online environment,it proposes specific measures to better control online violence in the context of collective anonymity.These measures include perspectives of power empowerment,benefit sharing,collaborative governance,micromanagement,and educational guidance.
