摘要
在食品加工行业,菠萝作为一种受欢迎的水果,其加工过程一直备受关注。针对人工处理菠萝不仅耗时耗力,同时还增加处理成本和损耗率的问题,设计了一种菠萝处理机器,该机器通过切削菠萝头装置、取肉装置、菠萝皮处理装置、压力装置实现了菠萝处理从去皮到切片的全自动化,提高了生产效率和产品质量,降低劳动成本。
In the food processing industry,pineapple,as a popular fruit,has always received attention for its processing process.A pineapple processing machine has been designed to address the issues of time-consuming and labor-intensive manual processing of pineapples,as well as increased processing costs and loss rates.The machine achieves full automation of pineapple processing from peeling to slicing through a cutting pineapple head device,meat removal device,pineapple peel processing device,and pressure device,improving production efficiency and product quality while reducing labor costs.
