摘要
昆山市中医医院于2023年6月至12月期间采取PDCA循环(计划—执行—检查—优化)与6S(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全)管理相结合的措施,以提高每个病区的环境质量。将PDCA循环管理法与6S管理模式有机融合,可以通过提升员工素养的方式使员工养成遵守规章制度的习惯,使员工产生认同感,进而保证工作的自觉性。同时为患者创建一个安全、整洁、舒适的环境,提高了患者的满意度。
From June to December 2023,Kunshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital adopted measures combining PDCA cycle(Plan-Do-Check-Act)with 6S(Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu,Shitsuke,safety)management to improve the environmental quality of each ward.The organic integration of PDCA cycle management and 6S management model can enhance employee quality,instill habits of following regulations,create a sense of identification,and ensure the conscientiousness of work.It also creates a safe,clean,and comfortable environment for patients,improving patient satisfaction.
