摘要
2023年山东省临沂市某肉鸡场白羽肉鸡出现精神沉郁、呼吸湿啰音、腹泻拉白痢等症状,随着病程延长,出现死亡病例,但死亡率较低。剖检可见肾脏肿大,输尿管扩张,管内充满白色尿酸盐结晶,荧光定量RT-PCR检测结果显示IBV强阳性。通过发病鸡的临床病变、剖检变化,并结合实验室检测,确诊为鸡传染性支气管炎。通过序列分析发现该鸡场感染的IBV序列与分离株CK/CH/ZJ/HZ12株(GI-19基因型;GenBank登录号为KJ524621)亲缘关系最近,最终确诊为鸡肾型IBV。建议该养殖场加强饲养管理措施,提高自身生物安全管理水平,同时为IBV的诊断思路提供技术参考。
In 2023,at a certain broiler farm in Linyi City,Shandong Province,whitefeathered broilers presented symptoms such as depression,moist rales in breathing,diarrhea,and white dysentery.As the disease course prolonged,death cases emerged,with a relatively low mortality rate.Post-mortem examination revealed enlarged kidneys,dilated ureters,and tubes filled with white urate crystals.The results of fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR detection indicated a strong positive result for IBV.Through the clinical lesions and post-mortem changes of the diseased chickens,combined with laboratory tests,it was confirmed as chicken infectious bronchitis.Through sequence analysis,it was discovered that the IBV sequence infecting this chicken farm had the closest genetic relationship with the CK/CH/ZJ/HZ12 strain(GI-19genotype;GenBankNo.KJ524621),and it was ultimately diagnosed as chicken GI-19 genotype IBV.It is recommended that this farm enhance the feeding and management measures,improve its own biosafety management level,and simultaneously provide technical references for the diagnostic thinking of IBV.
