摘要
都市生活陌生化与都市日常时序碎片化,常导致都市人特别是新移民缺少家园感,甚至被“现代城市病”困扰。人心的安定,是都市生命体的根本保障。就都市生活传统看,都市节会是最能有效沟通阶层、团结市民、凝聚共识,促进都市文化认同的时空平台。都市节会传统的复兴与创造性转化,可以使都市居民在新旧生活转换过程中获得平顺,体会家园感,强化都市文化认同与日常生活的意义。因此,应从都市安定祥和乃至国家长治久安的角度,重视都市生活世界的重建,在考虑公共市政设施、公共福利政策之外,更为重视对公众尤其是基层市民所共享的日常时空的保留、扩展与设置。
The estrangement of urban dwellers and the fragmentation of daily temporality often leads to a deficiency in the sense of home and are even frequently beset by the afflictions of“modern urban maladies”.The stabilization of popular sentiment is the fundamental safeguard of the urban individuals.From the perspective of urban life traditions,urban festivals are the most effective spatiotemporal platform for communicating across social strata,uniting citizens,building consensus,and fostering urban cultural identity.The urban areas in China are closely linked to traditional society.The revival and creative transformation of traditional urban festivals can provide urban residents with a sense of stability during the transition between old and new ways of life,allowing them to experience a sense of home,gain identity with urban culture,and find meaning in their daily lives.From the perspective of long-term stability for both the city and the nation,it is essential to highlight the reconstruction of the urban life world,and even prioritize reserving,extending and creating daily life spacetime for the public,especially the grass-roots citizens apart from taking into account the public municipal construction and welfare policy.
