This paper explores the innovation in enterprise financial management in the digital age.Taking China Unicom as an example,the paper analyzes its financial management background,issues,and innovative measures,such as financial sharing,intensive mode,data visualization,and standardized operations.These innovations have improved management efficiency,facilitated refined operations,and reduced financial risks.The paper concludes with a summary of the innovation and practice of enterprise financial management in the digital age,providing references for financial management innovation in enterprises.
