摘要
本研究探讨了压比对叶片式预旋喷嘴出口气流偏转加速性能的影响。通过数值模拟,比较了不同压比下预旋喷嘴出口流动特性上的差异。结果表明,在压比从1.2增大到2.1的过程中,喷嘴出口旋转比逐渐增大,并且存在一个临界压比Л_(cr)=1.8,当喷嘴压比小于临界压比时,喷嘴出口气流角度和流量系数呈缓慢下降趋势;当压比大于临界压比后,喷嘴出口气流角度和流量系数变化趋于平稳。
This study investigates the effect of pressure ratio on the deflection and acceleration performance of the outlet airflow of blade-type pre-swirl nozzles.Through numerical simulations,the differences in the outlet flow characteristics of pre-swirl nozzles under different pressure ratios were compared.The results show that as the pressure ratio increases from 1.2 to 2.1,the swirl ratio at the nozzle outlet gradually increases.There exists a critical pressure ratio of 1.8.When the nozzle pressure ratio is less than the critical pressure ratio,the outlet airflow angle and flow coefficient show a gradual downward trend.When the pressure ratio is greater than the critical pressure ratio,the changes in the outlet airflow angle and flow coefficient tend to stabilize.
