摘要
曲线封边机是一种用于家具制造和木工行业的关键设备,其性能受到接头间隙调整的影响,针对当前曲线封边机接头间隙余裕及封边加工质量效率低下的问题,规划了作为监控整个曲线封边加工过程的旋转编码器的布局及其控制电路的分析,以DVP-32ES2系列PLC为控制器,完成了主要硬件设备选型和I/O信号地址分配,设计了旋转吸盘编码器、封边靠辊编码器和送带辊编码器的PLC程序。运行结果表明,该设备布局下的接头间隙调整控制系统稳定性高、性能可靠,显著提高了封边带对接的精度,提高了生产效率。
Curve edge banding machine is a kind of key equipment used in furniture manufacturing and woodworking industry,whose performance is affected by joint clearance adjustment.In this paper,aiming at the problems of joint clearance margin and low efficiency of edge banding processing,the layout of rotary encoder and its control circuit are planned to monitor the whole curve edge banding process.With DVP-32ES2 series PLC as the controller,the main hardware equipment selection and I/O signal address allocation are completed,and the PLC program of rotary suction encoder,edge sealing roll encoder and conveyor roll encoder is designed.The operation results show that the joint clearance adjustment control system under the equipment layout has high stability and reliable performance,and significantly improves the precision of side-banding and production efficiency.
