摘要
本文综合梳理了考古出土的唐代各时期茶具,对唐代茶具的产品面貌及器类组合的变化进行归纳,并根据考古资料分析了唐代饮茶人群的社会阶层。最后,在南北朝入唐的宏观历史背景中,探讨人们对茶文化认识与态度的转变。
This thesis goes with the unearthed tea sets of periods of the Tang dynasty and the archaeological data concerned to overview the evolution of the wares by feature and assemblage,and identify the tea-drinkers of classes of that time.It also discusses the changes of the people's cognition and attitude towards tea culture in the macro historical context of the transition from the South-North Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty.
