摘要
研究了非洲天然橡胶在半钢轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明,非洲10号天然橡胶对半质量份数替代泰国20号天然橡胶应用在子午线轮胎胎体胶配方中,胶料生产过程稳定,胶料各项检测数据无明显差异,门尼粘度略低,加工性能略有上升;其他各项性能无明显差异,胶料的硫化速率等性能与生产配方基本接近;同时从资金节约方面考虑,有利于节约企业生产经营成本,降低企业负担。
The application of African natural rubber in the carcass rubber of semi-steel radial tires was studied.The results showed that using African No.10 natural rubber to replace Thai No.20 natural rubber in the formula of radial tire tread rubber by half mass fraction,the production process of the rubber material was stable,there was no significant difference in the testing data of the rubber material.The Mooney viscosity was slightly lower,and the processing performance was slightly improved,there was no significant difference in other properties,and the vulcanization rate and other properties of the compound were basically close to those of the production formulation,at the same time,considering the aspect of cost savings,it was beneficial to save the production and operation costs of enterprises and reduce the burden on enterprises.
