摘要
为了高效利用安徽某难选铁矿石,针对其湿式强磁预选精矿进行了矿石性质分析及选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:该铁矿石湿式强磁预选精矿全铁品位47.14%,有用矿物主要为赤褐铁矿,分布率为91.07%,主要有害杂质SiO2含量18.67%;对强磁预选精矿采用一段磨矿—强磁选—磁化焙烧—二段磨矿—弱磁选流程进行试验,在一段磨矿细度-0.076mm55%、强磁选1粗1扫磁感应强度分别为1.2 T和1.4 T的条件下,获得的强磁精矿全铁品位53.50%,铁回收率93.83%;对强磁精矿在焙烧温度500℃、V(H_(2))∶V(N_(2))=1∶1(气体流量600mL/min)、焙烧时间15min的条件下进行磁化焙烧,获得了全铁品位56.61%的焙烧产品;将焙烧产品磨细至-0.038 mm95%,进行磁场强度分别为87.54 kA/m和71.62kA/m的1粗1精弱磁选,最终得到了全铁品位63.15%、全铁回收率89.05%的铁精矿。
In order to make highly efficient use of a refractory iron ore in Anhui Province,the ore properties analysis and beneficiation test are carried out for its wet high intensity magnetic preconcentration concentrate.The test results show that the total iron grade of the iron ore wet high intensity magnetic preconcentration concentrate is 47.14%,the useful mineral is mainly hematite and limonite,the distribution rate is 91.07%,and the main harmful impurity SiO2 content is 18.67%.The process of one stage grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-magnetization roasting-two stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation is used on the high intensity magnetic preconcentration concentrate.Under the conditions of one-stage grinding fineness of-0.076 mm55% and high intensity magnetic separation of one roughing and one scavenging magnetic induction intensity of 1.2 T and 1.4 T respectively,the total iron grade of the high intensity magnetic concentrate is 53.50%,and the iron recovery rate is 93.83%.The high-intensity magnetic concentrate is subjected to magnetic roasting at a roasting temperature of 500℃,V(H2)∶V(N2)=1∶1(gas flow rate 600 mL/min)and a roasting time of 15 min to obtain a roasted product with a total iron grade of 56.61%.The roasted product is ground to-0.038 mm95%,via one roughing one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation with magnetic field strength of 87.54 kA/m and 71.62 kA/m,respectively.Finally,an iron concentrate with total iron grade of 63.15% and total iron recovery of 89.05% is obtained.
