摘要
山西某矿3808运输顺槽过DX16断层时,存在高应力破碎岩体支护失稳问题。采用数值模拟方法对围岩演化规律进行研究,采用软件内部镶嵌的固体应力模型,模拟巷道顶板来压15,30,45,60 d时巷道围岩应变情况。综合分析可知,当巷道顶板来压60 d,DX16断层区域整体破碎,3808运输顺槽整体变形严重,存在整体垮落的风险。针对巷道围岩失稳存在的危险性,采用断层区域超前注浆及中空注浆锚杆技术进行增强支护。增强措施实施后,区域巷道顶板最大变形量79mm,巷道变形较小。综合分析,增强支护措施有效解决了3808运输顺槽深部破碎岩体掘进支护失稳的问题,研究方法和成果对其他矿井安全生产具有一定指导意义。
The instability of rock mass support with high stress fracture occurs when the 3808 transport trough crosses DX16 fault in a mine in Shanxi Province.The numerical simulation method is used to research the evolution law of surrounding rock,and the solid stress model embedded in the software is used to simulate the roadway surrounding rock strain when the roof is pressed for 15,30,45,60 days.Comprehensive analysis shows that when the roof of the roadway is compressed for 60 days,the whole DX16 fault area is broken,and the 3808 transport trough has serious overall deformation,and there is a risk of overall caving.In view of the risk of instability of roadway surrounding rock,advance grouting in fault area and hollow grouting bolt technology are used to enhance support.After the implementation of this measure,the maximum deformation of the roadway roof in the region is 79 mm,and the roadway deformation is small.Comprehensive analysis shows that strengthening support measures effectively sobves the problem of the instability of deep fractured rock mass excavation support in 3808 transport trough.The research method and results have certain guiding significance for the safety production of other mines.
