某公司井下砂石料自制系统电气自动化设计及应用

摘要 某公司为了合理利用井下废石,降低井下砂石原材料、运输、人工等成本,提高砂石料使用效率,在井下设计了砂石料自制系统。针对砂石料自制系统供配电、电气控制、自动化等现场应用问题,结合现场工艺、负荷、设备等进行了设计及研究。设计采用630kVA矿用移动变压器可满足现场所有设备负荷需求,胶带设备采用软启控制,放矿机采用变频控制,自动化系统采用基于S7-1500PLC的自动化控制系统。现场应用实现了对车间设备的集中管理和分散控制,为砂石料自制系统的正常生产提供了保障,降低了公司生产成本,经济效益显著。 In order to make rational use of underground waste rock,reduce the cost of raw materials,transportation and labor of underground sand and gravel,and improve the efficiency of sand and gravel materials,a self-made system of sand and gravel materials was designed underground.Aiming at the field application problems of power supply and distribution,electrical control and automation of sand and gravel selfmade system,the design and research are carried out in combination with field process,load and equipment.The design adopts 630 kVA mine mobile transformer to meet the load demand of all equipment on site.The belt equipment adopts soft start control,the ore drawing machine adopts frequency conversion control,and the automation system adopts the automation control system based on S7-1500PLC.The field application realizes the centralized management and decentralized control of the workshop equipment,provides a guarantee for the normal production of the self-made system of sand and gravel,reduces the production cost of the company,and has remarkable economic benefits.
