掺氢天然气在综合管廊中泄漏扩散的数值研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究掺氢天然气管道在管廊内泄漏后的扩散特性,采用CFD建立三维管廊内管道泄漏的数值模型,分析不同掺氢比下,掺氢天然气在管廊内的扩散特性。研究结果表明:掺氢比越大气体纵向扩散距离越大,射流区域左侧涡流的纵向长度越大,同时监测点报警时间也逐渐提前,且泄漏孔上方近顶棚处气体的射流速度随着掺氢比的增大而减小,但气体体积分数随着掺氢比的增大而增大。当掺氢比较高时,泄漏后流场的不稳定性增加且甲烷和氢气的分层现象更加明显。研究结果可为综合管廊内掺氢天然气的输运安全提供参考。 In order to investigate the diffusion characteristics of hydrogen-blended natural gas after leakage in utility tunnel,a numerical model of pipeline leakage within a three-dimensional utility tunnel was established using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).The diffusion characteristics of hydrogen-blended natural gas in the utility tunnel under different hydrogenblended ratios were analyzed.The results show that as the hydrogen-blended ratio increases,the longitudinal diffusion distance of gas becomes greater,the longitudinal length of vortex on the left side of jet region increases,and the alarm time at monitoring points is gradually advanced.Additionally,the jet velocity of gas near the ceiling above the leakage hole decreases with the increase of hydrogen-blended ratio,while the gas volume fraction increases.When the hydrogen-blended ratio is high,the instability of flow field after leakage increases,and the stratification phenomenon of methane and hydrogen becomes more pronounced.This study can provide a reference for the safety of hydrogen-blended natural gas transportation in the utility tunnels.
