摘要
纸箱成型装备在食品、啤酒、饮料等生产过程中,发挥着十分重要的作用。本文对卧式高速纸箱成型装备技术提出改进思路和新型设计方案,介绍了卧式高速纸箱成型装备的主要组成及功能,分析了如何实现高速纸箱成型生产工艺,阐述了装备的主要工作原理,解决了与速度提升相关技术难题,提高了装备生产的效率和质量,对同类轻工包装装备的研究与创新具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。
With the development of the times and the advancement of technology,cardboard box forming equipment plays a very important role in the production process of enterprises such as food,beer,and beverages.This article proposes improvement ideas and new design schemes for horizontal type high speed cardboard box forming equipment technology,introduces the main components and functions of horizontal type high speed cardboard box forming equipment,analyzes how to achieve high speed cardboard box forming production technology,explains the main working principles of the equipment,solves technical problems related to speed improvement,and improves the efficiency and quality of equipment production.It has certain reference value and practical significance for the research and innovation of similar equipment in light industry packaging machinery.
