不同养护制度下碱激发胶凝材料硬化体性能变化规律及特征

Performance and characteristics of alkali activated binder hardened body with different curing rules

摘要 为探究不同水接触条件下碱激发胶凝材料(AACM)硬化体的性能变化规律及微结构特征,对密闭干燥(AD)、密闭浸水(AI)、密闭泡水(AS)3种养护制度下的碱激发胶凝材料硬化体的力学性能、Na^(+)分布规律以及微观结构进行研究。结果表明:AI和AS养护条件下的AACM硬化体28 d抗压强度相较于AD养护条件下分别降低了1.9%、15.5%;AD养护条件下AACM硬化体中的28 d Na^(+)浸出率最大,达到5.02%;FT-IR、XRD、SEM/EDS分析表明,AD养护条件下AACM硬化体中的Na^(+)结合度更高,AACM硬化体的性能更优。 To investigate the performance change law and microstructure characteristics of the hardened body of alkali activated cementitious materials(AACM)under different water contact regimes,the mechanical properties,Na^(+)distribution pattern,and microstructure of the hardened body of alkali activated cementitious materials under the three maintenance regimes of airtight drying(AD),immersion(AI),and soak in water(AS)were researched.The results showed that the 28 day compressive strength of AACM hardened body under AI and AS curing conditions decreased by 1.9%and 15.5%respectively compared to AD curing conditions.Under AD curing conditions,the leaching rate of Na^(+)in the AACM hardened body was the highest at 28 days,reaching 5.02%.FT-IR,XRD,SEM/EDS analysis showed that under AD curing conditions,the Na^(+)binding degree in the AACM hardened body was higher,and the performance of the AACM hardened body was better.
