摘要
以金翅岭金矿工程作为研究对象,从岩石力学的基本理论出发,阐述了岩层加固的力学原理及现有加固方法,分析了不同岩层的特性及其对加固效果的影响,强调了岩层特性在加固材料选择中的重要性,提出了金矿岩层加固技术的选择标准。介绍了化学加固技术、机械加固技术及联合加固技术等先进岩层加固技术。阐述了金矿岩层加固方案设计的步骤和要点,以及施工过程中的关键技术要点和监测调整措施。提出了加固效果的评价指标体系和质量控制方法,并强调了长期稳定性监测与维护策略的重要性。旨在为金矿采矿工程中的岩层加固提供理论依据和实践指导,以提高采矿作业的安全性和经济效益。
Taking the Jinqiling gold mine project as the research object,starting from the basic theory of rock mechanics,this paper expounds the mechanical principles and existing reinforcement methods of rock reinforcement,analyzes the characteristics of different rock layers and their influence on reinforcement effect,emphasizes the importance of rock layer characteristics in the selection of reinforcement materials,and proposes the selection criteria for gold mine rock reinforcement technology.Advanced rock reinforcement technologies such as chemical reinforcement,mechanical reinforcement,and joint reinforcement were introduced.This article elaborates on the steps and key points of the design of the gold mine rock reinforcement scheme,as well as the key technical points and monitoring adjustment measures during the construction process.An evaluation index system and quality control method for reinforcement effect were proposed,and the importance of long-term stability monitoring and maintenance strategies was emphasized.Intended to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for rock reinforcement in gold mining engineering,in order to improve the safety and economic benefits of mining operations.
