摘要
目的 探讨低分子肝素(LMWH)对高危产妇下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用及安全性。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月本科收治的80例高危产妇,根据产后是否使用LMWH预防深静脉血栓分为研究组(48例)与对照组(32例)。比较两组下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率、凝血功能指标、血液流变学指标、下肢静脉血流动力学指标及产后出血发生率。结果 产后5 d,研究组DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);产后5 d,研究组各项凝血功能指标、血液流变学指标、下肢静脉血流动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);产后5 d,两组产后出血发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 低分子肝素(LMWH)可有效预防高危产妇下肢深静脉血栓形成,改善患者凝血功能、血液流变学及下肢静脉血流动力学指标,且不增加产后出血发生率。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect and safety of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)on lower limb deep vein thrombosis of high-risk pregnant women.Methods The paper chose 80 highrisk pregnant women in our department from June 2021 to June 2023,and divided them into the study group(48 cases)and the control group(32 cases)based on whether LMWH was used to prevent deep vein thrombosis after delivery.Incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in the lower limbs,coagulation function indicators,hemorheological indicators,lower limb venous hemodynamic indicators,and postpartum hemorrhage incidence were compared between two groups.Results 5 days after delivery,incidence of DVT in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).5 days after delivery,coagulation function indicators,hemorheological indicators and lower limb venous hemodynamic indicators in the study group were significantly better than the control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).5 days after delivery,there was no significant difference in incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)can prevent deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of high-risk pregnant women effectively,improve coagulation function,hemorheology,and lower limb venous hemodynamic indicators,which does not increase incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
