摘要
本文对药食同源类食品质量安全风险因素进行分析,包括原料风险、生产加工风险、包装与储存风险以及质量检测风险。同时提出了药食同源类食品质量安全控制方法,包括原料质量安全控制、生产加工过程质量安全控制、包装与储存质量安全控制以及质量检测与标准体系的建设,旨在保障药食同源类食品的质量安全,促进药食同源类食品产业的健康发展。
This article analyzes the quality and safety risk factors of food products of the medicinal food homologous,including raw material risks,production and processing risks,packaging and storage risks,and quality testing risks.At the same time,quality and safety control methods for medicinal food homologous products were proposed,including raw material quality and safety control,production and processing quality and safety control,packaging and storage quality and safety control,as well as the construction of quality testing and standard systems.The goal is to safeguard the quality and safety of medicinal food homologous products and promote the healthy development of this industry.
