摘要
目的该研究旨在建立一套针对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的随访管理评价指标体系,以期为临床护理提供指导。方法依据“三维质量结构”理论框架,结合文献回顾与团队讨论的结果,设计了初步函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对25名专家进行了2轮意见咨询。通过德尔菲法结合层次分析法和百分比权重法确定指标和其权重,以建立一个评价体系,用于下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的随访管理。结果2轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为92%和100%,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.177和0.307,专家权威系数分别为0.920和0.922,构建了含“结构层面”、“过程层面”、“结果层面”3个一级指标,8个二级标及36个三级指标的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随访管理评价指标体系。结论基于“三维质量结构”模型构建的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随访管理评价指标体系,具有一定的科学性和实用性。
Objective To establish a follow-up management evaluation index system for patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease,and to provide guidance for clinical nursing.Methods Based on the“three-dimensional quality structure”model,a preliminary questionnaire was designed after literature review and team discussions.Two rounds of consultation were conducted in 25 experts using Delphi method.The indicators and their weight were determined using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process and percentage weight method.The evaluation system for the follow-up management of patients with lower limb arterial occlusive disease was constructed.Results The effective recovery rates for the two rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 92%and 100%;the Kendall harmony coefficients 0.177 and 0.307,and the expert authority coefficients 0.920 and 0.922,respectively.The evaluation index system for follow-up management of patients with lower limb arterial occlusive disease consisted of 3 first-level,8 second-level,and 36 third-level indicators.Three first-level indicators were categorized into“structural level,”“process level,”and“outcome level”.Conclusion The evaluation index system for follow-up management of patients with lower limb arterial occlusive disease based on“three-dimensional quality structure”model is scientific and practical.
