无人机倾斜摄影及实景三维建模技术在应急测绘中的应用——以巫溪6·23湖塘滑坡为例 被引量:2

摘要 应急测绘在新时代防灾减灾救灾工作中起着不可或缺的关键作用。介绍了无人机倾斜摄影及实景三维建模技术在应急测绘中的应用技术优势,阐述了无人机倾斜摄影实景三维建模应急测绘工作流程,通过巫溪“6.23”湖塘滑坡应急测绘保障的应用实例,在装备安置、设备供电等基础保障条件较差的情况下,创新性利用“云端地球”完成实景三维模型构建,并基于该实景三维模型对湖塘滑坡进行了空间分析,其分析成果为调查监测、抢险救援和灾情分析、相关部门的指挥决策、疏散救援和监测预警等各项工作提供了有力的数据保障。 Emergency surveying and mapping plays an indispensable and crucial role in disaster prevention,reduction,and relief work in a new era of socialism with Chinese Characteristics.The paper introduces the technical advantages of UAV oblique photogrammetry and;real 3D scene technology in emergency surveying and mapping,and elaborates on the workflow of unmanned aerial vehicle tilt photography and;real 3D scene emergency surveying and mapping.Under poor basic support conditions such as equipment placement and power supply,the innovative use of"Cloud Earth"to com‐plete the construction of a real 3D model is carried out,and the spatial analysis of the Hutang landslide was carried out based on this real 3D model.The analysis results provide strong data support for various work such as investigation and monitoring,emergency rescue and disaster analysis,command and decision-making of relevant departments,evacuation and rescue,and monitoring and warning.
