摘要
随着国家对职业教育数字化转型的高度重视和持续推进,职业教育在线精品课程建设取得了显著成效。文章聚焦于职业教育国家在线精品课程的建设与实践,将“劳动教育”课程作为案例,通过剖析教学团队的构建、课程资源的开发、教学模式的创新(包括混合式教学)、课程互动与活跃度的提升以及多元化评价体系的设计,展示了在线精品课程在教学内容、形式和效果上的深度融合。文章强调了保障机制在课程建设中的关键作用,并提出了课程管理、激励及反馈机制等制度建设的系统性思考,为职业教育在线精品课程的可持续发展提供了理论与实践的参考。
With the high attention and continuous promotion of the digital transformation of vocational education by the country,the construction of high-quality online courses in vocational education has achieved significant results.The article focuses on the construction and practice of national online quality courses in vocational education,taking the“labor education”course as a case study.Through analyzing the construction of teaching teams,the development of course resources,the innovation of teaching modes(including blended learning),the improvement of course interaction and activity,and the design of a diversified evaluation system,it demonstrates the deep integration of online quality courses in teaching content,form,and effect.The article emphasizes the key role of guarantee mechanisms in curriculum construction and proposes systematic thinking on institutional construction such as curriculum management,incentives,and feedback mechanisms,providing theoretical and practical references for the sustainable development of high-quality online courses in vocational education.
