摘要
造纸机用铸铁烘缸是纸机干燥部关键部件,属于压力容器,为质检部门监管设备,20世纪80年代末建立了设计规范。随着生产的发展需要,标准几经修订,最新的设计标准在应用中峰值应力问题难以达到规范要求,特别是烘缸设计计算中要考虑热应力的影响,因此,对于规范的一些条款进行了商榷,并以实际工况说明一些条款需要修订。
As the pressure vessel,the cast iron dryer is a key part of the drying section in the paper machine.In order to monitor the equipment for quality inspection,design specifications were established in the late 1980s.With production needs,the standards have been revised several times.In application,the peak stress problem of the latest design standards is difficult to meet the requirements of the specifications,especially the influence of thermal stress must be considered in the design of dryers.Therefore,some specifications were discussed and some clauses need to be revised based on actual working conditions.
