摘要
为测试某滨海电厂锅炉受热面奥氏体不锈钢管子是否因储存不当导致存在安全隐患,取存储不当的TP347H和S30432管子进行宏观检查、化学元素分析、晶间腐蚀试验、力学性能试验和金相检验。结果表明:两只外观正常管样代表的管子性能暂未受到影响,可以继续使用;宏观检查发现表面有麻坑管样代表的管子虽性能暂未受到影响,但是麻坑内部发现锯齿微裂纹,不建议继续使用,需报废处理。
In order to test whether the austenitic stainless steel pipe on the boiler heating surface of a coastal power plant has a safety hazard due to improper storage.The improperly stored TP347H and S30432 tubes were taken for macroscopic inspection,chemical element analysis,intergranular corrosion test,mechanical property test,and metallographic examination.The results show that the properties of the two tubes with normal appearance are not affected and the tubes can continue to be used.Macroscopic inspection found pitted pipe on the surface,although the performance of the representative pipe was not affected for the time being,but sawtooth micro-cracks were found inside the pitted pipe,it is not recommended to continue to use,need to be scrapped.
