萤石与方解石浮选分离药剂研究进展

摘要 萤石是一种不可再生的战略性矿产资源,其用途非常广泛。我国萤石矿储量丰富,但富矿少,贫矿、伴生矿及难选矿多,且萤石矿物嵌布粒度细,与脉石矿物共生状态复杂,致使常规物理选矿方法无法高效回收该部分萤石资源,造成巨大资源浪费。浮选作为细粒矿物的有效分选方法,目前也被广泛应用于萤石矿选矿。由于萤石与方解石两种矿物表面活性位点相似且具有同质化效应,导致浮选分离困难,故这两种矿物的高效浮选药剂开发是萤石浮选药剂研究领域的难点。本文立足于萤石与方解石两种矿物浮选分离药剂研究现状,着重进行正浮选常用捕收剂、抑制剂种类及效果、金属离子对药剂作用效果概述,并分析未来药剂研究方向,得出改性捕收剂与组合捕收剂、组合抑制剂及新型抑制剂的研发,金属离子的正向助抑制作用探索,是萤石与同类型碳酸盐含钙矿物浮选分离药剂的主要研究趋势。 Fluorite is a kind of non-renewable strategic mineral resources,and its application is very broad.China is rich in fluorite reserves,however,there are less rich ore,more lean ore,associated ore and refractory ore,and the fluorite mineral has fine dissemination size and complex symbiosis with gangue minerals,so the conventional physical mineral processing method can not efficiently recover the fluorite resources,resulting in a huge waste of resources.As an effective separation method of fine minerals,flotation is also widely used in fluorite mineral processing.Flotation separation of fluorite and calcite is difficult due to the similarity of surface active sites and homogenization effect of the two minerals.Therefore,the development of efficient flotation agents for these two minerals is a difficult point in the field of fluorite flotation reagents research.Based on the research status of flotation separation reagent of fluorite and calcite,overview of collector,inhibitor types and effects in common use,and the effect of metal ions on the flotation of positive flotation is stressed in this paper,and the direction of future reagent research is analyzed,finally the conclusion of research and development of modified collectors and combined collectors,combined inhibitors and new inhibitors,and the exploration of the positive inhibition effect of metal ions is found out,which is the development trend of the flotation separation reagent of fluorite and the same type of carbonate calcium-containing minerals.
