目标教学法联合超声模拟系统在临床专业超声住培中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Target Teaching Method Combined With Ultrasound Simulation System in Clinical Specialized Ultrasound Residency Training

摘要 目的探讨目标教学法联合超声模拟系统在临床专业超声科住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—8月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院超声科进行轮转学习的72名临床专业住培生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组36名,试验组采用目标教学法联合超声模拟系统教学,对照组采用传统超声教学。从理论知识和上机操作考核成绩以及问卷调查来评估培训效果。结果试验组的理论知识、上机操作考试成绩[(74.63±2.88)分、(79.63±2.22)分]均高于对照组[(68.22±4.44)分、(63.89±2.06)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。调查问卷结果显示,试验组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论目标教学法联合超声模拟系统能提高住培生对超声理论知识的掌握,增强其超声上机操作能力,提高临床专业住培生对超声医学学习兴趣和知识、技能掌握,在临床专业超声规范化培训中具有较好的教学效果和实践意义。 Objective To explore the application value of the target teaching method combined with ultrasound simulation system in the standardized training of residents in ultrasound.Methods A total of 72 resident physicians who underwent rotational learning in ultrasound department from January to August 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 36 resident physician in each group.From the theoretical knowledge and computer operation assessment results and questionnaire survey to evaluate the training effect.Results The theoretical and practical test scores of the experimental group[(74.63±2.88)points,(79.63±2.22)points]were higher than the control group[(68.22±4.44)points,(63.89±2.06)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was batter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of target teaching method and ultrasound simulation system can significantly improve resident physician’mastery of ultrasound theoretical knowledge,enhance their ability to operate ultrasound machines,and increase the interest,knowledge and skills of clinical professional trainees in ultrasound medical learning.It has good teaching effect and practical significance in the standardized training of clinical professional ultrasound.
