摘要
隧道环向排水盲管纵向间距设置过大会导致衬砌结构承受较大的水压力,设置过小则会导致排水过量、威胁隧址区生态环境。建立富水区隧道三维流固耦合模型,研究了设置环向排水盲管条件下衬砌水压力分布特征,引入平均卸压系数来分析环向排水盲管间距对衬砌水压力的影响。进一步提出在仰拱下方设置排水洞的体外排水方法,可有效降低高水压富水隧道衬砌底部水压力。研究结果表明:(1)二次衬砌水压力在环纵向排水管位置处最低,相邻环向排水盲管间衬砌水压力分布沿隧道纵向方向呈周期性变化。(2)衬砌最大水压力出现在仰拱中心位置,可在仰拱处设置泄水孔或排水管以降低仰拱水压力。(3)环向盲管的强影响区约为环向盲管两侧1 m区域。(4)隧道稳定排水量随环向盲管间距减小显著增加。富水区隧道环向排水盲管间距的设置需要综合考虑衬砌水压力和运营期排水系统的排水能力。
Setting the longitudinal spacing of the circumferential blind drainage pipes of tunnel too far apart will result in high water pressure on the lining structure,while setting them too low will result in excessive drainage and threaten the ecological environment of the tunnel site.In this paper,three-dimensional fluid-solid coupling models for tunnels in water-rich areas were established,and the distribution characteristics of lining water pressure under the condition of setting circumferential blind drainage pipe were researched.The average pressure relief coefficient was introduced to analyze the effect of the spacing between circumferential blind drainage pipes on the water pressure of the lining.Further,an external drainage method of setting drainage holes below the inverted arch was proposed,which can effectively reduce the water pressure at the lining bottom of high water-pressure and water-rich tunnels.The research results are as follows.(1)The water pressure of the secondary lining is the lowest at the location of circumferential and longitudinal drainage pipes,and the distribution of lining water pressure between adjacent circumferential blind drainage pipes varies periodically along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel.(2)The maximum water pressure of the lining occurs at the center of the inverted arch,and drainage holes or pipes can be installed at the inverted arch to reduce the water pressure.(3)The strong influence zone of the circumferential blind drainage pipe is about 1 m area on both sides of the pipe.(4)The stable drainage amount of the tunnel significantly increases with the decrease of the spacing between the circumferential blind pipes.The spacing of circumferential blind drainage pipes of tunnels in rich-water areas requires comprehensive consideration of the lining water pressure and the drainage capacity of the drainage system during operation.
