摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)是产科常见的并发症,严重威胁母婴健康和安全,是全球孕产妇、围生儿发病和死亡的主要原因之一。HDP发病背景复杂,其防治效果受多因素影响,如何更好地防治HDP一直是研究热点。用药依从性在疾病防治方面发挥重要作用,疾病防治效果在一定程度上依赖于用药依从性的高低,但目前用药依从性对HDP防治的影响并未明确。本文对HDP用药依从性的现况及HDP用药依从性的影响因素进行综述,为临床提高HDP防治水平提供参考。
Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)is a common obstetric complication that poses significant threat to health and safety of both mother and child,and is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in pregnant women and perinatal infants worldwide.The etiology of HDP is complex,its effect of prevention and control is influenced by multiple factors.How to better prevent and control HDP has always been a hot topic of research.Drug compliance plays an important role in disease prevention and control,effect of disease prevention and control depends to some extent on the level of drug compliance.However,the impact of drug compliance on the prevention and control of HDP is not yet clear.This article reviews current status of drug compliance in HDP and the influencing factors of drug compliance in HDP,provides reference for improving the level of HDP prevention and control in clinical practice.
