摘要
随着数字化经济的迅猛发展,企业经济管理模式面临着深刻的变革与创新需求。首先,文章深入剖析数字化经济的环境特征,揭示其对企业管理的深远影响,为后续研究奠定基础。其次,通过分析现有企业经济管理模式的现状,识别出在信息化、网络化、智能化趋势下所暴露的问题与挑战,为创新提供明确的导向。再次,提出一套基于数字化的经济管理模式创新路径,包括数据驱动的决策支持、智能化运营与流程优化、构建企业智能化运营的数据风险防控体系、鼓励和营造创新驱动的组织文化等,旨在提高企业的运营效率、增强战略灵活性,促进企业持续创新。最后,本文对数字化经济管理模式的未来发展趋势进行展望,并强调持续学习和适应性调整的重要性,旨在推动企业经济管理模式的理论创新与实践应用。
With the rapid development of the digital economy,the economic management mode of enterprises is facing profound changes and a need for innovation.The paper first delves into the environmental characteristics of the digital economy is conducted to reveal its profound impact on enterprise management,laying the foundation for subsequent research.Next,by analyzing the current status of enterprise economic management models,the study identifi es the problems and challenges exposed under the trends of informatization,networking,and intelligence,and provide clear guidance for innovation.Furthermore,a digital based economic management model innovation path is proposed,including building a data-driven decision-making system,creating a collaborative and shared operational model,cultivating an innovation driven organizational culture,and improving the risk prevention and control management system.These paths aim to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,enhance strategic flexibility,and promote sustained innovation.Finally,this paper looks forward to the future development trends of digital economy management models and emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and adaptive adjustments.The goal is to promote theoretical innovation and practical application in the economic management models of enterprises.
