摘要
衰弱是指老年人生理储备下降导致的机体易损性增加、抗应激能力减退的状态或综合征,是一种常见的老年综合征。衰弱的进展是动态变化的,是个体与环境因素相互作用的结果。研究表明,在有效措施的影响下,衰弱过程是可逆的。该文主要分析影响衰弱的危险因素,为衰弱预防提供参考,指导医护人员结合老年人衰弱状况,对衰弱老人加强管理,促进健康教育,改变不良生活方式,早期识别和干预危险因素,达到缓解或逆转衰弱的目的。
Frailty refers to the state or syndrome of increased vulnerability and decreased anti-stress ability caused by the decline of physiological reserves in the elderly,which is a common elderly syndrome.The progress of faltering is dynamic and the result of interaction between individual and environmental factors.Studies show that faltering process is reversible under the influence of effective measures.This paper mainly analyzes the risk factors affecting fraility,provides reference for fraility prevention,and guides medical staff to strengthen management of fraility in combination with the fraility of the elderly,promote health education,change bad lifestyle,early identification and intervention of risk factors,so as to achieve the purpose of easing or reversing fraility.
