油松不同种源遗传变异及优良种源筛选

Genetic Variation of Different Provenances of Pinus tabuliformis and Selection of Excellent Provenances

摘要 为建设油松高世代种子园,选择建园亲本,对50个油松种源苗木的新梢粗、新梢长和冻害程度3项指标进行观测分析。结果表明:不同种源在多个性状上存在广泛变异,各性状之间差异极显著;经过聚类分析,50个种源可划分为3类;经多重比较,初步认为,在山西表现最好种源是S118、石堡49号、S125、中湾5号和蔡家川22号。 In order to construct the high-generation seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis,the parents were selected to observe and analyze the three indexes of new shoot diameter,new shoot length and frost damage degree of 50 Pinus tabulaeformis provenance seedlings.The results showed as follows:there were extensive variations in multiple traits among different provenances,and the differences among the traits were extremely significant;the 50 provenances could be divided into three categories through cluster analysis;through multiple comparisons,it was preliminarily believed that the best provenances in Shanxi were S118,Shibao 49,S125,Zhongwan 5 and Caijiachuan 22.
