摘要
目的:编制居家安宁疗护知信行评估问卷,并在癌症病人中进行信效度检验。方法:以知信行理论为框架、行为改变轮理论为指导,通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈、专家函询及预调查构建居家安宁疗护知信行评估问卷。采用便利抽样法,于2024年1月选取广西壮族自治区5所医院的癌症病人作为研究对象,进行问卷信度和效度检验。结果:编制的居家安宁疗护知信行评估问卷包括知识、态度、行为3个维度,共29个条目,问卷条目水平的内容效度指数为0.873~1.000,平均问卷水平的内容效度指数为0.941;探索性因子分析提取的3个特征值>1的公因子累计方差贡献率为66.289%;验证性因子分析结果显示模型拟合度较好,卡方自由度比为1.816,拟合优度指数为0.866,比较拟合优度指数为0.923,近似误差均方根为0.042。问卷总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.947,折半信度为0.870,3个维度的重测信度为0.887~0.941。结论:编制的居家安宁疗护知信行评估问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可为居家安宁疗护服务对象评估提供参考。
Objective:To develop a knowledge,attitude and behavior assessment questionnaire for home palliative care,and to test its reliability and validity in cancer patients.Methods:Using the knowledge,belief,and practice theory as the framework and the behavior change round theory as guidance,knowledge,attitude and behavior assessment questionnaire for home palliative care was constructed through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,expert inquiry,and pre-investigation.Using convenience sampling method,cancer patients from 5 tertiary comprehensive hospitals in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects in January 2024 for questionnaire reliability and validity testing.Results:The knowledge,attitude and behavior assessment questionnaire for home palliative care formed included 3 dimensions(knowledge,attitude,and behavior)with 29 items.The item-level content validity index were ranged from 0.873 to 1.000,and average scale-level content validity index was 0.941.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the 3 common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 66.289%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model had good fit,theχ^(2)/νwas 1.816,goodness of fit index was 0.866,comparative goodness of fit index was 0.923,root mean square residual was 0.042.The overall Cronbach's a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.947,the split-half reliability was 0.870,and the test-retest reliability of the 3 dimensions were ranged from 0.887 to 0.941.Conclusions:The knowledge,attitude and behavior assessment questionnaire for home palliative care developed has good reliability and validity,and can provide reference for the evaluation of home palliative care service recipients.
