摘要
法兰螺栓密封可靠是整个液压系统安全运行的前提。根据惠斯通电桥原理,采用试验手段研究了螺纹表面润滑状态、拧紧次数对螺栓拧紧力矩系数的影响。试验结果表明:对于同一套螺栓,在施加相同的安装力矩下,与螺纹表面未涂抹润滑脂相比,螺纹表面涂抹润滑脂时螺栓受到的预紧力更大,且预紧力受拧紧次数的影响较小;对于不同套螺栓,与螺纹表面未涂抹润滑脂相比,螺纹表面涂抹润滑脂时螺栓受到的预紧力一致性更好,测得的螺栓拧紧力矩系数离散性更小。液压设备系统安装中应尽量保证在螺纹表面涂抹润滑脂,如二硫化钼,一方面可防止螺栓咬死,另一方面可确保法兰上的一圈螺栓获得预期预紧力,且受到的预紧力较为一致。
The sealing reliability of bolts is a prerequisite for safe operation of entire hydraulic system.This paper experimentally inspects the impacts of lubrication status of thread surface and screwing times on the tightening torque coefficient based on the principle of Wheatstone bridge.Our analysis reveals that compared with the cases without grease on the thread surface,the thread-surface-greased bolt experiences a greater pre-tightening force under the same installation torque,and the effect of the screwing times on the tightening torque coefficient becomes secondary.It is also uncovered that the pre-tightening forces on the bolts show better consistency and lower scatter of the tightening torque coefficients when the grease is applied on the thread surface.It is recommended to apply lubricating grease on the thread surface in the hydraulic equipment system,such as MoS 2,in order to prevent bolt jamming,and meanwhile,obtain uniform pre-tightening forces on the flange bolts.
