Pre-hospital rescue is a significant part of the modern emergency medical service(EMS)system.Taking the main urban area in Dalian as a case study, this paper proposed a method of site layout and site selection analysis of community 120 EMS stations based on the real-time traffic big data.Firstly, the real-time driving time from the 120 EMS stations to be built to each community in the main urban area of Dalian was simulated based on the real-time traffic big data obtained by accessing the API of the online navigation map.Taking the emergency time of 15 minutes as the goal, geographic information system software(ArcGIS)was used to analyze and visualize the spatial isochronous circle for the service radius of each first aid station. Then, the factors such as coverage rate, scale and construction type of 120 EMS stations were used to evaluate the overall service efficiency. It is found that 27 community 120 EMS stations need to be added on the basis of the existing 13 EMS stations in the main urban area of Dalian, and the average rescue time is even expected to reach 12 minutes. The study has reference significance for improving the ability of pre-hospital medical first aid in Dalian.
