自创麻桂点舌方冰刺激法对中风后吞咽困难患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Self-created Magui Point Tongue Formula Ice Stimulation Method on Post-stroke Dysphagia Patients

摘要 探讨自创麻桂点舌方冰刺激法对中风后吞咽困难患者吞咽功能及生活质量产生的影响。选取2021年5月—2022年11月越秀区中医医院脑病科收治的80例中风后吞咽困难患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各40例。对照组使用常规治疗及吞咽功能训练,在此基础上,观察组使用自创麻桂点舌方冰刺激法,对比两组患者的临床疗效、吞咽功能各项评分、营养状态及生活质量。结果表明,观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,相较于对照组治疗有效率70.00%,观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SSA评分、洼田饮水试验分级均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MNA评分、SWAL-QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,自创麻桂点舌方冰刺激法对中风后吞咽困难有显著疗效,能改善患者的症状,提高生活质量。 To explore the effects of self-created Magui Point Tongue Ice Stimulation Method on swallowing function and quality of life in patients with post-stroke dysphagia.Eighty patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to the Brain Disease Department of Chinese Medical Hospital of Yuexiu District from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and swallowing function training.On this basis,the observation group used a self-created Magui Point Tongue Ice Stimulation Method to compare the clinical efficacy,swallowing function scores,nutritional status,and quality of life of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the SSA score and Wadian drinking water test grading of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The MNA score and SWAL-QOL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the self-created Magui Point Tongue Formula Ice Stimulation Method has significant therapeutic effects on post-stroke dysphagia,improving patients’symptoms and enhancing their quality of life.
