摘要
肺炎链球菌性疾病是全球公共卫生长期面临的难题之一,也是引起各年龄段人群呼吸系统高发病率及高死亡率的主要原因。接种肺炎链球菌疫苗对预防肺炎链球菌性疾病发挥着重要的作用。人血清抗体评价是肺炎链球菌疫苗免疫原性的重要指标之一,其结果直接反映出疫苗的保护效力。因此,科学、高效的抗体检测方法对肺炎链球菌疫苗的临床研究至关重要。现就肺炎链球菌疫苗的研发情况、肺炎链球菌疫苗人血清中抗体水平评价方法的发展现状及目前遇到的困难与挑战作一概述,以期后续为肺炎链球菌疫苗临床研究评价方法的发展提供科学依据。
Pneumococcal disease is a long-standing global public health challenge and major cause of high respiratory mor-bidity and mortality among people of all ages.Vaccination plays an important role in the prevention of such infectious dis-ease.Evaluation of human serum antibody is one of the important indicators of immunogenicity of pneumococcal vaccine,and its results directly reflect the protective efficacy of the vaccine.Therefore,a scientific and efficient antibody detection method is crucial for the clinical trials of pneumococcal vaccine.This paper summarizes the development status of pneumococcal vaccines and their antibody level evaluation methods in human serum along with the difficulties and challenges encountered so far,with a view to subsequently providing a scientific basis for the development of evaluation methods in clinical research of pneumococcal vaccines.
