新质生产力背景下产学研合作创新人才培养机制优化对策研究——基于演化博弈视角

Research on the Optimization Strategies for the Talent Cultivation Mechanism of Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Innovation against the Background of New Quality Productive Forces:From the Perspective of the Evolutionary Game Theory

摘要新质生产力的发展对我国人才培养提出了新的要求,要求人才具备更高的数智化应用与创新能力,研究通过产学研合作促进数智化创新人才培养进而加速新质生产力生成、促进新质生产力发展的实践路径十分必要。本文构建企业-高校-学生为主要参与者的三方演化博弈模型,探究通过产学研合作促进新质生产力发展的对策,分析不同人才培养模式下的主体决策均衡。研究表明,新质生产力的发展需要高校和企业就人才数字化素养培育和人工智能实践能力提升展开更高频率的深入合作,以此提高学生的知识水平和创新能力,提高企业获得所需人才的概率,最终实现新质生产力发展、人才创新能力不断提升和就业水平提高的多赢目标。 The development of new quality productive forces has raised new requirements for talent cultivation in China,necessitating that talents possess higher capabilities in digital intelligence application and innovation.It is essential to explore practical paths for promoting the cultivation of digital innovation talents through industry-academia-research cooperation,thereby accelerating the generation and development of new quality productive forces.This paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model with universities,enterprises,and students as the main participants to explore strategies for promoting the development of new quality productive forces through industry-academia-research cooperation and analyzes the equilibrium of decision-making among different talent cultivation models.This paper finds that the development of new quality productive forces requires universities and enterprises to engage in more frequent and in-depth cooperation regarding the cultivation of digital literacy and the enhancement of artificial intelligence practical skills.This approach aims to improve students’knowledge levels and innovation capabilities while increasing the probability of enterprises obtaining the required talents,ultimately achieving a win-win goal of developing new quality productive forces,continuously enhancing talent innovation capabilities,and improving employment levels.
