煤矿井下机电设备保护和动作特性试验装置设计研究

摘要 随着对煤矿安全生产重视程度的不断提升,井下机电设备保护技术成为了研究的重点。围绕煤矿井下机电设备保护和动作特性试验装置进行了设计与研究,提出了一套完整的试验装置设计方案和测试流程。首先,对煤矿井下机电设备保护的重要性进行了分析,并回顾了国内外在该领域的相关研究现状;然后,详细介绍了试验装置的设计原理、设备结构及功能模块划分,并通过动作特性试验方法验证了装置的有效性;最后,在数据处理与分析阶段,采集并处理了大量试验数据,基于结果提出了针对性的设备优化措施。研究表明,该试验装置能够有效评估机电设备保护装置的性能,为井下机电设备的安全运行提供了有力的支持。 With the increasing importance of coal mine safety production,the protection technology of underground electromechanical equipment has become the focus of research.The test device for protection and operation characteristics of underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines was designed and researched,and a complete test device design scheme and test flow was put forward.Firstly,the importance of protection of underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines was analyzed,and the relevant research status at home and abroad was reviewed;then,the design principle,equipment structure and function module division of the test device were introduced in detail,and the effectiveness of the device was verified by the method of operation characteristic test;finally,in the stage of data processing and analysis,a large number of test data were collected and processed,and the targeted equipment optimization measures were proposed based on the results.The research shows that the test device can effectively evaluate the performance of the protection device of electromechanical equipment,providing a strong support for the safe operation of the underground electromechanical equipment.
