摘要
为了去除劣化变压器油中的酸性物质,以偏铝酸钠为铝源、碱性硅溶胶为硅源,采用水热法合成硅铝吸附剂(SA),对模拟变压器油中环戊烷羧酸(CPCA)进行吸附研究,实现变压器油的可再生利用。通过正交试验确定最优工艺参数,结果表明,所制备的SA具有介孔孔道结构与优异的亲水性,在反应时间为24 h、反应温度为70℃、硅铝摩尔比值为1.6条件下制备的SA吸附性能最佳,CPCA的吸附量为88.22 mg/g。为进一步提升硅铝吸附剂的脱酸性能,以3氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为胺改性剂,制备了胺改性硅铝吸附剂,其对CPCA的最佳吸附量为119.44 mg/g,与改性前相比,最佳吸附量提升了35.38%。因此,该吸附剂为变压器油中的CPCA吸附提供了有前景的解决方案。
To remove the acidic substances from the degraded transformer oil,a silica-alumina adsorbent(SA)was synthesized using a hydrothermal method with sodium metaaluminate as the aluminum source and basic silica sol as the silicon source.The adsorption performance of SA for cyclopentane carboxylic acid(CPCA)in simulated transformer oil was studied,aiming to realize the renewable utilization of transformer oil.Optimal process parameters were determined through orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the prepared SA had a mesoporous structure and excellent hydrophilicity.Under a reaction time of 24 h,reaction temperature of 70℃,and a silica-alumina molar ratio of 1.6,the adsorption performance of SA was the best with an adsorption capacity for CPCA of 88.22 mg/g.To further improve the deacidification ability of SA,amine-modified SA was prepared with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)as the amine modifier.The modified SA exhibited an optimal adsorption capacity for CPCA of 119.44 mg/g,which was 35.38%higher than that before modification.In conclusion,the proposed adsorbent provides a promising solution for the adsorption of naphthenic acids in transformer oil.
