摘要
对粗骨料不规则颗粒的定义和检测方法的优化进行研究,通过改变条形筛筛孔宽度,对比改变后的条形筛与原条形筛的不规则颗粒检出率、筛除不规则颗粒后的混凝土和易性和抗压强度及界面孔隙结构,依据试验结果明确最合适的筛孔宽度。结果表明,筛孔宽度为粗骨料颗粒所属粒径范围平均粒径0.55倍的条形孔筛相比于国标(0.50倍)条形筛筛分效率高,不规则颗粒评价更合理,其规则颗粒配制的混凝土的性能最优。
The definition of coarse aggregate irregular particles and the optimization of detection methods were studied.By changing the screen width of the bar screen,the detection rate of irregular particles,the workability and compressive strength of concrete after removing irregular particles and the interfacial pore structure of the bar screen were compared,and the most suitable screen width was determined according to the test results.The results show that,compared with the national standard(0.50 times),the bar sieve with the screen width of 0.55 times the average particle size of the coarse aggregate particles has higher screening efficiency,more reasonable evaluation of irregular particles,and the performance of the concrete with regular particles is the best.
